| Abstract: | In the afternoon of 24 April 2009, Mr Wong Yan Lung, SC, Secretary for Justice （S J） of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region （HKSAR）, met with Mr Zheng Jingren, President of China Law Magazine Ltd in the Secretary for Justice＇s Office.
