满足城市社区老人的需求构建社区综合保障网络

作者在文中以社会调查的翔实数据，客观地反映了我国目前城市社区老人保障的现状，揭示了其存在的严重问题，特别是养老费和福利性服务保障的问题，以此提出构建一种多层次、多类型、多方力量支持的全面的社区综合保障网络，使城市社区老人实现真正意义上的老有所养、老有所医、老有所乐、老有所学、老有所为。

On the Institution of a Multiple and Interconnected Social Security Network in Urban Communities to Meet the Needs of the Aged

This article,based on the accurate data from soci al investigation,objectively reflects the present situation of the aged security in the urban communities,and also brings to light some serious problems,especia lly those of old-age pension and of security of welfare service to the aged.On t hese grounds,the author suggests an institution of a multiple and interconnected social security network to fulfill a real living provision for the aged in urba n communities and a real medical treatment,a real recreation service,a real appr oach to their studying and activities as well.
