大型活动环境下志愿者管理探析

大型活动的组织越来越依赖于志愿者服务。系统、科学、规范的志愿者管理可以统计并掌握志愿者的人数、背景、服务时间等情况;可以确保活动顺利开展,保证服务质量及志愿者持续参与;可以提高志愿者的责任感和归属感。由于大型活动环境一般具有规模庞大、跨越区域大、参与者多且杂、社会影响广泛、组织管理要求高等特点,志愿者管理必然面临区域分散、志愿者管理人员精力有限、难以呈现整体的精神面貌等问题与挑战。提高大型活动环境下志愿者管理,需要根据志愿者的特性进行有针对性的操作,包括:建立有效的管理团队;明确志愿者的权利,谨慎灵活地授权;做好培训,提升志愿者角色认知与意识,将弘扬志愿精神渗透到每一个环节;有效地运用激励手段,注意"切时"、"切人"、"切境"。

Explorations on Volunteer Management for Large-scaled Activities

Large-scaled activities depend more and more on volunteers’ service.The systematic,scientific and regulated volunteer management will play the following functions.First,we can make a clear record about the volunteers’ information such as amount,background,working hours and so on.Second,we can ensure the activities go on smoothly,guarantee service quality and make volunteers continue to participate in the activities.Third,we can enhance volunteers’ sense of responsibility and belonging.Due to the features of large-scaled activities,such as large scale,large area,large amount of participants,wide social influence,high requirements on organization and management,and so on,volunteer management will necessarily meet with problems and challenges including scattered districts,managers’ limit attention,difficulty for general presentation of volunteers’ soul,etc.Therefore,to organize large-scaled activities,we should,based on volunteers’ features,conduct volunteer management in the following aspects: setting effective manager staff,making clear volunteers’ rights and giving them power flexibly,organizing effective training so as to improve volunteers’ cognition and consciousness on their roles and make them practice voluntary spirit in every link,making use of encouragement at right moment,right person,and right environment.
