差异与共生的五个维度

从中国的历史和文化出发,民族团结和睦,互相信任,互助共生,需要从五个维度考虑问题：第一个维度是群体差异是个人差异的放大,不能把个人民主和民族差异、民族认同对立起来;第二个维度是富裕和美德,文艺兴国就是以美德统领差异、包容差异,在差异中寻求重叠共识,在差异中发出共和之声;第三个维度是差异与大同的阶序分布,学会在求同存异中寻找＂重叠共识＂,就能构建一个以和谐占居主流的沟通差异、追寻大同的商议社会;第四个维度是民族与公民,中国公民只能是多民族、有民族的公民,中国的民族身份也要和公民身份勾连起来,互相补充,互相彰显;第五个维度是千灯互照,光光交彻,无论是少数民族还是塞外边疆,都可以用作映照现代性和城市化的镜子,我们要学会在差异和矛盾中寻求精神层面的大同和价值层面的共生。

The Five Dimensions of Symbiotic Diversification

In view of history and culture of China, there are five dimenstions that involve national unity, mutual trust, and symbiotic co--existnece of Minzu. The first dimension is that group diversity is the amplification of personal di- versity. We should not oppose personal democracy against Minzu diversity and identity. The second dimension is of afluence and virtue. Revitalizing the country with arts is to guide and accomodate diversities with virtue, seeking over- lapping consensus in differences. The third dimension is of the hierarchical ordering of differences and similarities and learning to search for overlapping consensus and to build a consensuous community of deliberacy. The fourth dimen- sion is of Minzu and citizenry. Chinese citizenry can only be defined by the plurality of Minzu membership, which should be embedded at the same time in citizenship. Minzu membership and Chinese citizenry are complementary to and underscore each other. The fifth dimension is of the semiosis of Minzu. National minorities and borderland regions can serve as reflective mirrors for modernity and urbanization. We should learn to find symbiotic consensus and values in diversities and conflicts.
