| 摘 要： | 虚拟社会作为信息技术发展之后形成的崭新的人类生存空间,以其庞大的数据库和信息高速公路将人们带入全新的网络时代。与此同时,虚拟社会隐私权的问题也逐渐引起关注：世界各国建立了一系列的法律法规来保护公民的虚拟社会隐私权,我国的立法保护对此也有所体现,但未形成完整的法律体系。我们应该从法律、技术、伦理角度采取综合措施构建公民的虚拟社会隐私权保护体系。

| Abstract: | Virtual Society,a new human existential space as a result of information technology development,brings forth a new cyber age with enormous database and information expressway.In the meantime,privacy in Virtual Society has gradually become a sensitive issue.A series of laws and regulations are established in various country to protect citizen privacy in Virtual Society.China’s legislative protection is also under construction but is yet unfinished.We should adopt legal,technological and ethical measures to construct a protective system for citizen privacy in Virtual Society. |
