| 摘 要： | 公正执法的标准包括程序公正与实体公正两个方面 ,实体公正是公正执法的最终目标 ,程序公正则是实现实体公正的前提和基本保障 ,实践中应当以程序公正作为我们追求实体公正的切入点。展开对公正执法标准的研究 ,使广大公安民警了解和掌握这些标准 ,是提高公安机关执法办案水平的关键问题之一。

| Abstract: | The standard of police's just law enforcement includes procedure justice and substantive justice. Substantive justice is the ultimate goal of just law enforcement. Procedure justice is the prerequisite and basic assurance of achieving substantive justice. Procedure justice should be key for us to long for substantive justice in practice. Developing the study of the standard of police's just law enforcement and making all police staffs grasp these standards is one of key problems to improve law enforcement level of public security organs. |
