| Abstract: | By conducting a survey on the intensive training among the policemen by means of a questionnaire, the author realizes the policemen's quality, ability and the main problem in training and intends to explore an efficient intensive training mechanism, which aims at cultivating policemen's good qualities and building an efficient police force. |
