| 摘 要： | 发挥基层检察院预防工作领导小组在侦防工作一体化工作机制中的作用,其目的是将检察机关的预防职务犯罪工作成效最大化。基层检察院通过侦防一体化机制的建立,使检察机关的预防职务部门与反贪污贿赂、反渎职侵权部门在制度上确立职务犯罪预防信息共享、自侦案件分析、案件移送、职务犯罪侦查介入等各个环节有效配合,达到侦防一体化、功能最优化的工作目标。

| Abstract: | In the work mechanism of the integration of investigation and prevention,the leading group of basic-level procuratorate＇s prevention work aims to play great role in preventing the crimes by taking advantage of duty.Through establishing the integration mechanism,the basic-level procuratorate can achieve an optimizing work mode in many aspects such as controlling the procuratorial organs,preventing the corruption and bribery,establis hing the crime by taking advantage of duty,preventing information sharing,case analysis,transfering the case,and investigating the crimes. |
