On the Practical Support of Aesthetic Education and the Implementation of Innovative Objective in Social Management

This paper is designed to develop extensive and thorough interviews and researches with explicitly defined targets and people of personal experiences on how social management implements the designed objectives in the practical context of aesthetic education.The nucleus of social management is to increase the income of the public,to enhance the material bases of people＇s aspirations for a better life by taking effective measures,to nourish people＇s hearts with things of aesthetic notion that features the era and to lay aside every kind of hideous thoughts and practices that betrays new rural construction of socialism.We are to regard management as service,which is also viewed as our bases and standpoints in order to extend regularly the ranges and fields in serving the people,to innovate service mode,to promote the emotional communication between the manager and the people and to strengthen harmony.
