论警察学习民法知识的必要性

加强警察执法规范化建设,是公安工作主动适应新形势、新任务的迫切需要。目前我国正处在快速发展、矛盾多发时期,公安民警执法不当或不规范引发的负面舆情时有发生,这对警察的执法工作提出了更加严峻的挑战。警察执法的水平和能力的高低,执法过程是否合理直接关系到和谐警民关系的构建,关系着社会的稳定与发展。故此,警察应该加强民法知识的学习,强化民法意识,主动维护公民的各项基本权利,这对转变警察执法理念、规范警察执法行为、构建和谐警民关系具有重要意义。

On Necessity of Police Learning Civil Law

In order to actively adapt to the new situation and mission, it is quite urgent to standardize police enforcing the law. At present, our country is in the stage of rapid development, and faces many social contradictions. There constantly occur some issues on police enforcing the law improperly, which undoubtedly leads to severe challenges to the police＇s work. Whether the police＇s enforcement level and ability is high or not, and whether it is reasonable or not directly determines the construction of the harmonious relationship between people and the police, and also determines the social stability and development. The article, through analyzing the phenomenon and its reasons, puts forward that the police should strengthen civil law knowledge learning, cultivate consciousness of civil law, protect the citizen＇s basic right, change the concept of law enforcement, and regulate their enforcing activities.
