| 摘 要： | ]法治介入高校学生管理工作主要有两个原因 :一是高校和学生是特殊的行政管理关系 ,学生对高校的具有争议性的行政处罚可以提出申诉 ;二是高校现行的处分制度存在程序上缺陷。因此 ,为了维护学生的合法权益 ,建立合法的处罚程序制度和有效的申诉制度是高校学生管理介入法治的基本要求

| Abstract: | There are two chief reasons for the legal intervention in college student management.Firtly,it is a especial administrative relationship between university and student,which students can charge with the unfair administrative action .Secondly,the active condemnatory institutions in universities lack some legal procedures.So,in order to prevent to students's rights,universities must law down two essential measures which conclude legal procedures and appealed institution . |
