| 摘 要： | 违法向关系人发放贷款行为严重破坏了我国的贷款管理制度和金融机构的信誉.文章拟结合司法实践中违法向关系人发放贷款的不同情形,从犯罪主体、关系人、违法向关系人发放贷款行为等方面入手,提出认定此类案件的几个问题.

| Abstract: | The conduct of illegally providing loan for the relative persons damages the regulation of managing the loan and credit of financial institution seriously. According to the different conducts of illegally providing loan for relative persons in the judicatory practice, thwis article tries to find several methods of cognizing such cases from the several angles, such as the main body of crime, the relative persons, the conduct of illegally providing loan for relative persons and so on. |
