社会暴力的边缘触发——兼论转型中国的治理理性

社会暴力的频发显示了治理确定性的艰难。由于国家结构的稳定性与社会结构弥散性的紧张,中国社会暴力的发生往往出现于国家与社会的边缘地带,在社会自我生长受到政府秩序遏制之后,社会生长往往以集体暴力的形式来回避社会理性,而政府在失去理性的社会面前则可能以暴力治理进行秩序控制。因此转型中国的社会暴力的消除应该是多重理性的回归,在对双重暴力的反思中实现国家与社会的理性转型。

The Frontline of Social Violence:A Study on Governance Ration of Transitional China

The increasing frequency of the social violence has demonstrated that governance is definitely difficult.As a result of tension between stability of state structure and dispersivity of social structure,violence in Chinese society usually occurs in the social marginal zone.After social self-growth being restricted by government,the social governance often avoids social rationality through the collective violence,while government often carry on order control by the violent governance when it is faced with the society of losing ra tionality.Therefore,the elimination of the social violence in China’s reform should be a return of multiple ration.Government realizes ra tional reform of state and society in the introspection of dual violence.
