| 摘 要： | 中国国情和中国特色社会主义理论决定了我国应急管理体系建设的特色内涵与导向以及相应的路径选择。本文对此进行了探析,同时也结合"十二五"规划、行政体制改革和政府管理创新,探讨了加强中国特色应急管理体系建设的若干思路和举措。

| Abstract: | Under China status and the Socialism Theory of China Characteristics,Construction of China emergency management system has been decided to have some connotation and orientation of characteristics as well as corresponding selection of path.About it,this paper tries to do some exploration.Meanwhile,combining the Chinese 12th Development Planning and reform of public administration system as well as innovation of government,the paper has probed into some thinking ways and measures in order to enforce construction of emergency management system with China Characteristics. |
