当前劳动和社会保障制度改革面临的主要问题与对策

自1978年改革以来,中国已逐步建立起市场导向的就业机制,并初步形成了具有中国特色的社会保障体系。但是,受基本国情的限制,中国的劳动就业日益面临严峻的挑战,而这一挑战更使得中国社会保障制度的建立与完善成为一项长期而艰巨的任务。针对当前和今后一段时期劳动和社会保障制度改革面临的主要问题,必须采取综合治理的应对措施,继续推进劳动和社会保障制度的稳健改革。

Reform of the Labor and Social Security System:Main Problems and Countermeasures

Since 1978, China has come to set up market-oriented employment mechanism and form a social security system with Chinese characteristics. However, restricted by the fundamental realities of China, the employment is confronted with a severe challenge increasingly which makes the founding and betterment of Chinese social security system a long and arduous task. As far as the main problems in the reform of the Labor and Social Security system are concerned, countermeasures of comprehensive treatment should be taken to keep it steadily on.
