The intelligence sports industry needs to carry out necessary legal regulations to achieve the orderly development of the intelligence sports industry.With the rapid development of artificial intelligence,big data,internet and other related technologies in China,sports industry presents a multi-dimensional trend of ubiquitous intelligence.In terms of the legal regulation of intelligence sports industry,there are obvious deficiencies in sports law,sports administrative regulations and departmental regulations,while the new generation of artificial intelligence development plan does not pay proper attention to intelligence sports industry.Therefore,in terms of the legal regulation strategy of intelligence sports industry,we should choose the legal regulation path of general provisions,clear and detailed provisions in chapters,appropriate reflection in administrative regulations and departmental rules,and key supervision by industry associations.
