从著作权看教案法律保护

摘    要:教案的著作权问题是教育界和法律界面,临的崭新课题。教案属于作品范畴,应当作为著作权客体,享有著作权。教案的著作权保护应从完善我国的法律法规、明确职务作品的权属、对作品外延做扩大解释等方面入手,以利于司法实践中法律纠纷的解决,使我国的著作权法更加完备。

Abstract:Teaching plans are works and should enjoy copyright.The legal protection of the copyright of teaching plans should start by improving our laws and regulations,making the copyright of duty works clear and making an extensive explanation of the denotation of works with a view to settling legal disputes.
