行政伦理视角下的反腐倡廉问题探讨

行政伦理在规范行政人员行为方面具有规范约束、教育导向、激励调节等独特的作用，能够有效地预防腐败。当前我国的反腐倡廉工作还存在不少问题，从行政伦理视角来看主要表现为：行政个体存在伦理矛盾，行政伦理监督不到位，行政伦理制度化滞后。要想使我国的反腐倡廉工作切实取得实效，一要加强行政人员廉政教育，使其不愿腐败；二要完善对行政人员的伦理监督，使其不能腐败；三要加强行政伦理制度建设，使行政人员不敢腐败。
