| 摘 要： | 中外合作办学作为我国一种特殊的教育形式，它对于我国引进优质的教育资源、培养合格的社会主义建设者和接班人起着重大的作用。但是中外合作办学形式下的思想政治工作也面临着严峻的挑战。因此，中外合作办学形式下加强“两课”教学已经成为当前高校思想政治工作的一项重大课题。
