| 摘 要： | 教育公共性不仅要求教育能够实现社会公共利益,同时也要求教育满足社会个体需要.大学自治权伴随大学的产生而出现,国家在充分保障大学自主权利的同时,应当通过对教育的适当介入,保证教育服务社会公共利益和满足个体需要.应当运用权力制衡原理,构建有利于维护教育公共性的大学自治权结构.
