| Abstract: | In recent years,Tianjin electric power corporation spreads and promotes the working-competing system with encouraging all staff to participate to update the competing system.In the meanwhile,we voluntarily put the competition into our daily work and have a good effectiveness.Therefore,the status and function of the trade union in the enterprise are promoted obviously. |
