| 摘 要： | 合同的成立与生效所产生的法律效力是不同的,基于这种区别产生了合同虽已成立但未生效时的效力问题及责任归属问题。本文从我国现行立法出发,对未生效合同的效力、责任及其相对人保护等问题浅谈笔者的几点看法。
