Academic Symposium on Rights Protection under Constitution & Private Laws

On April 10, 2005, an acade- mic symposium on basic human rights vs. private laws was held in Hangzhou, with the Institute ofJurisprudence and Systems under Zhe- jiang University playing host. Professor Wang Tse-tsien from the Department of Law of the National Taiwan University delivered the theme report.
