| 摘 要： | 新课程方案对新时期改进高校思想政治理论课教学，进一步提高教学效能具有十分重要的意义。课题组在调查分析的基础上，指出了在实施新课程方案过程中存在的主要问题，阐述了产生问题的原因，并从认识新课程方案的时代特征，把握新课程内容的逻辑性，提高教师队伍素质，转变教学观念，创新教学方式，培养合格人才等方面，提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | There are great significances of the new curriculum program in the new period.It can improve the ideological and political theory teaching.It can further enhance the effectiveness of teaching.On the basis of analysis of the survey,the group point out the main problems in the process of carrying on the new curriculum program,explain the reason of the problems.The group also put forward the corresponding countermeasures of understanding the times characteristics of the new curriculum program,grasping the logic of the new curriculum,improving teachers quality,changing teaching concepts,as well as innovating teaching methods,training qualified talents and so on. |
