| 摘 要： | 在由巨大生产力推动的经济全球化过程中，国际生产关系滞后于国际生产力发展的矛盾集中体现在旧的国际政治经济秩序不能适应国际生产力发展的需要，国际政治斗争的焦点反映为不同类型、不同发展水平国家对旧的国际规则的修改。
