提高我国政府危机决策能力路径分析

危机决策是危机管理能否成功的关键环节。不断提高政府的危机决策能力，对于有效应对危机、提升政府危机管理的能力及增强政府公信力具有重要意义。通过构设并分析“危机事件危害周期示意图”，可以看出危机事件包括预警、应急与善后三个阶段，应从事前顸警、事中应急、事后善后这三方面入手采取措施，以提高我国政府的危机决策能力。
