| 摘 要： | 20世纪80至90年代，河南省在应对文物犯罪的专门公安机构方面尝试过景区文物派出所、文物缉私队等形式。2006年以来，又大力推广把文物派出所建到文物部门的新体制，由于省级领导高度重视、公安和文物部门通力合作，着力进行体制职能创新，在文物警察机构建设和打击文物犯罪方面取得了可喜成绩。
