| 摘 要： | 完善覆盖城乡居民的社会保障制度是化解社会矛盾、促进社会公平、构建和谐社会、维护社会稳定、促进经济社会发展的重要措施。文章通过对贵阳市社会保障制度建设实施状况及所面临形势的分析,提出进一步完善社会保障制度建设的对策。
