对国有企业竞争性选拔干部的思考

摘    要:新时期党对干部工作提出了新的更高要求。结合国有企业的实际特点,通过采用公开选拔、公推提名、竞争上岗、公推直选、差额选拔、公开选调等方式择优选拔和选调干部,是新时期干部选拔任用方式的一项重要改革,是培养选拔优秀年轻干部的重要举措,可以提高竞争性选拔干部工作的质量,提高国有企业选人用人公信度和组织工作满意度。

Abstract:In the new period, the party brings up new requirements for the selection of carders. According to the realities of the state--owned enterprises, a new reform of enrolling carders is to select, promote, and transfer carders by means of pub- lic election, recommended nomination, competition to a position, recommended election, competitive election, and public se- lection and transfer, which is also an important measure to cultivate and select outstanding junior carders. This way is helpful to enhance the quality of enrolling carders by competition and give more public confidence and satisfaction for the state--owned enterprises.
