| 摘 要： | 胜利油田经历了一个由主要依靠人力向依靠信息化转变、走集约式内涵式发展路子的过程。采油矿作为油田生产经营管理的前沿阵地，应全面实现源头数据采集、油藏开发管理、生产运行监控、经营管理决策、日常办公的信息化，通过信息化推动新型生产管理模式的建立，从而带动经济效益最大化。

| Abstract: | Being Labor- intensive enterprise, Shengli Oilfield is experiencing a transformation from mainly manpower-- dependant development to information--dependant and intensive economical operation. Oil production unit, the frontier of oil- field＇s production and management, should be digitalized in the following aspects： wells＇ data acquisition and monitoring, reser- voir development management, production monitoring, operating decision, and routine office work. Digitalization can contrib- ute to the formation of new operation and management pattern and maximize the economical efficiency. |
