本文运用系统思维方法,从系统论的角度,用过程的观点对战后世界格局发展、演变的历史加以分析和研究,认为多极格局虽然尚未形成,但多极化趋势却是上升的历史大趋势.美国目前在政治、经济、军事等各个领域所拥有的优势只是阶段性优势,相对于美国实现其独霸全球的目标,并不具有胜势.其独霸全球的战略构想与行动是逆历史潮流而动的,单极霸权是与世界发展所要求的多元化、多极化格局格格不入的.

Thoughts on Systematology of Multi-Polar Structure of the World

By using systematical thinking method, the writer has analyzed and studied the evolutional history of the structure of the world after World War II. For the writer's point of view, the multi-polar structure has not formed yet, but the multi-polarization is the overall trend. The superiority of the U.S. in political, economic and military fields is only the superiority of the current stage. The strategic plan and actions of the U.S. to dominate the whole world is against the historical trend and mono-polar supremacy is out of the tune with the multi-element and multi-polar structure. We should never be puzzled by the temporary superiority of the U.S.
