摘    要:工会在理论上对就业的影响是模糊的,实证研究结果表明工会对就业会产生一种负面影响.就业形势的严峻,使得各国工会积极配合政府参与就业问题的解决,我国工会依法维护职工的合法权益,首先应维护职工的就业权.

Abstract:Theoretically,trade union organization's influence on employment is ambiguous.However,the research indicates there exists a negative effect.The austere employment conditions make the trade union organizations cooperate with the governments and take part in the settlement of employment problems.The trade union organizations guarantee the legitimate rights and interests of staff members according to law,among which employment rights is the first in our country.
