论我国农村医疗保障制度的完善

农村医疗保障是我国社会保障的重要组成部分，完善农村医疗保障体系具有重要意义。当前我国农村医疗保障存在诸如资金不足，政府角色不明、职能缺位，经费支出缺乏监控机制等问题。应在政府的领导下建立城乡一体化、全面普及的医疗体系，进一步完善现行的农村医疗保障体制。
