| Abstract: | Because of different understanding about strict liability and different standing,there are two major controversies in Chinese criminal law academy.Strict liability not only accords with Chinese criminal law,but also not violate Chinese criminal procedural law.It is reasonable and can get a position in Chinese criminal law.So it is necessary to establish strict liability in China. |
