| 摘 要： | 新加坡维护政治稳定的经验无非两条：以压制政治参与和创设威权体制等为代表的刚性管制措施,和以渐进民主化改革、重视民意为本的政治系统平衡等的柔性治国,最终实现强制型稳定和自然型稳定的相得益彰,这对我国转型时期维护政治稳定具有重要的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the experience of maintaining political stability in Singapore,there are two kinds of measures： First, strict control measures include suppression of political participation and the creation of authoritarian regime; Second, Flexible rule include progressive democratic reform and opinion-oriented political balance which will finally realize social stability. |
