| Abstract: | However the boundaries of the traditional administrative division have been a serious impediment to the cooperation among different cities. In order to sovle this problem, it is essential to take advantage of theory of regional.governance to analyse the current status of intergovernamental cooperation in this regions, as well as to propose targeted solution ways, which can be the key to enhance and improve the quality and effectiveness of cooperation in mega-regions. |
