摘    要:团队文化是团队核心竞争力的源泉。三国时代的蜀汉集团在发展壮大的历程中,逐步营造了独具特色的团队文化,即忠于汉室的价值观念;情深义重的人际氛围;同甘共苦的带兵原则;奋发向上的团队精神。

Abstract:Team culture is the source of the core competitive.During its growth in the Three Kingdom Dynasty,Shuhan progressively developed its Unique team culture,namely,the value of"being loyal to the Han Dynasty",the relationship of brotherhood,the martial principle of"share happiness and sorrow",and the vigorous team spirit.
