| 摘 要： | 疑难案件成因复杂，在侦查中是一个相当棘手的问题，这类案件涉及到方方面面，给侦查工作带来沉重的负担。对疑难案件的侦破应当突破工作思路和方法，着力研究疑难案件的成因及侦破对策，以助于惩罚犯罪，保障人权，维护社会稳定。

| Abstract: | The causes of difficult cases are complicated,and their detection is rather thorny.This kind of cases involves every aspects,which brings about heavy burden for the detection work.Importance should be attached to the causes and countermeasures while detecting difficult cases,so as to punish the crimes,safeguard the human rights and maintain the stability of the society. |
