| Abstract: | The work of democratic management in Beijing enterprises have been promoted widely. It has been done well for the functions and powers of workers congress and the work of factory being made public.Most cardres in enterprises can make innovations in their work of democratic management,combing their work with practice. At present, we must do some work well such as inproving the quality of the work of democratic management.Bringing it into play and making it develop steadily for a long time. |
