| 摘 要： | 当前,乡镇党政"一把手"的执政能力建设正面临着许多新情况和新问题.制约着乡镇党政"一把手"执政能力的提高原因是多方面的,我们应以十六届四中全会精神为指导,针对乡镇党政"一把手"执政能力建设存在的问题,从多方面入手提高他们的执政能力.
