| 摘 要： | 长期以来,检警关系一直是理论界和实务界关注的热点话题。当前检察机关对公安机关立案、侦查活动的法律监督力度不够,在逮捕必要性上认识不统一,审查过于简单。立法上从立案知情权,侦查活动知情权上入手增加法律监督的操作性内容,完善适时介入引导侦查取证机制,建立意见的书面化形式,加紧改造逮捕必要性的审查程序。

| Abstract: | For a long time,it is a focus of academia and practical circle that the relationship between the procuratorate and the police.The writer,combined with the practices,discusses the ways of the relationship between the Procuratorate and the Police in arrest-censor,and provides the advices in legislation and government-mechanism to develop the relationship between the Procuratorate and the Police in judiciary reform. |
