| Abstract: | The quality of the leader of state-owned enterprise determines the survival and development of the enterprises. So, if the leader couldn't possess the ideological standards and political awareness, first-class managerial ability, overall technological quality of business and good individual character, he could not lead enterprise worker to overcome all sorts of difficulty, and he could not become a state-run creator and guard. |
