社会主义新农村建设中派出所的服务职能

在社会主义新农村建设中,派出所的服务职能应当作为新时期公安民警的首要职能。当前的农村治安和农村警务工作存在一些问题,我们应当改革农村派出所的勤务制度,加强农村警务工作和农村警务科技化,进一步明确派出所的服务职能。扎扎实实抓好公安基层基础工作,做强"大巡防"工程,把农村派出所的队伍建设、业务建设和基层基础建设推上新的发展制高点。

The Service Function of Police Station in the Construction of New Socialist Rural Areas

The service function of police station should be the first function of policemen in the new era in the construction of new socialist rural areas.At present there have been some problems on rural public security and rural policing affairs.We should reform the service system of rural police station,strengthen rural police work and technologization in it,clear the service function of police station further,do solidly in grass-roots public security work,make"big patrol" project strong,promote the team building,profession building and basic building of grass-root of rural police station to a higher level.
