| 摘 要： | 对福州、泉州、厦门三市民警SCL-90的测试结果，揭示了三市民警各项因子分除“人际关系敏感”因子分外，其他各项因子分均高于国内正常人常模，敌对、偏执因子分显著高于常人，精神病性因子分极其显著高于常人。心理健康状况在地域、警种、职务、政治面貌、婚姻状况、家庭经济状况方面存在显著差异。促进民警心理健康（内在和谐）需客观外界支持和提升主体素质，只有民警内在和谐了，才能带来外在切实长效的警民和谐。

| Abstract: | The following is the outcome of SCL--90 Test from police in Fuzhou, Quanzhou and Xiamen： all factor scores are higher than normal people except the factor of ＂sensitive interpersonal relationship＂. They are more hostile and bigotry, and extremely more psychiatric. There are obvious differences in different regions, type of police, posts, political outlook, marital status and family finances. Both social supporting and subject quality improving are necessary to improve？ the mental health of Police. Only internal harmony can lead to long-term effective harmony between Police with People. |
