| Abstract: | Lawyer defence is a law system introduced from abroad.There was sprout of defence in ancient China.The paper aims to analyse the origin of the system and reveal the development situation of lawsuit defence system in ancient China by illustrating the political thought and the defence acitivies of Deng Xi. |
