论警察的格斗意识

警察格斗意识特指人民警察在不准或不能使用武器时,根据对敌斗争的具体情况,通过感觉、观察、思维、判断支配自己采取正确有效的技战术行动来制服或擒住犯罪分子的心理过程。它包括警察的判断能力、技术运用、动作的主动性和果断性以及行动的随机性和连续性等要素。格斗意识的培养途径主要有理论学习、实战以及心理和观察能力的训练。

On Consciousness of the Police's Grapple

The consciousness of the police's grapple is a psychological progress. It requires the police take right and leffective acts by feeling,observing,thinking and judging when they mustn't or can't use it. In this progress,the police should have the ability of judgement and using technologies,desisive and initiated movements,and continuous and random acts.To improve the consciousness of grapple,the police should study the theory,have actual combat and train the ability of observing.
