| 摘 要： | 特种行业、娱乐场所治安行政审批制度改革以后,公安机关治安管理部门面临着管理观念、管理模式、管理方法的转变.在新的形势下,如何加强行业场所的治安管理是一个亟待研究的课题.针对调研中发现的问题和地方公安机关改革创新的管理办法进行深入思考,提出了几点改革措施和建议.

| Abstract: | After the innovation of public order administration's examination and approval system of special industry and entertainment place, public order administration departments are facing the transforming of management concept, management mode and management technique . In new situation, it is an urgent problem to research on how to strenghen the management on this area. Regarding the problems found in investigation and innovative measures of several local public security organs, the article brings forward some new reform measures and suggestions. |
