| Abstract: | The ecology of arid valleys in the western regions going worse results in natural and human factors. The governance of arid valleys is a long-term systematical project, including ecologucal environment reconstruction and coordinate economic development. Ecological construction first needs scientific decision to be made and correct technical means ri be adopted. At same time, systematical evolution must be carried out and policy must be adhusted. |
