The Enlarged Session of temporary Political Bureau of the Party's Central Committee in November was the result of the change and exploration of Moscow's policies to China after the defeat of the Great Revolution.Its mistake lay in the error in the exploration and its exploration somewhat led to the correct strategy for Chinese revolution established by the Communist International and Central Committee;the Session left some leeway in the estimation of revolutionary situations and in the establishment of uprising strategies instead of emphasizing only instant and desperate uprising;it made mistakes by asserting that cadres in the Party's guiding organs should act as workers.However,the decision of building the CPC into Marxist Bolshevik is quite necessary for reintegrating the Party's organizational resources,for maintaining the nature of the proletarian party,for uniting the Party's ideologies and for promoting the democratic development within the Party.
