| 摘 要： | 政治发展不能脱离开政治文化背景,一些发展中国家的民主建设的曲折就是因为忽视了自身的政治文化现状。中国的政治文化有民族传统的政治文化,也有马克思主义的和当代西方的政治文化。中国民主建设必须立足于本民族政治文化,吸纳先进的政治文化,以文化为民主建设起点,使得民主制度与民主文化协调发展。
